Returns Policy

All sales are final. No returns are available on any merchandise purchased from 237 Gaming.

Exchanges, Refunds, Returns (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No other claims for refunds or exchanges will be accepted and 237 Gaming takes no liability for incorrect item sizes or product choices.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Orders lost in Transit - If your order has not been received within 10 days after the estimated delivery date please submit a returns claim.

You will need to provide the shipping address used at time of check out and you are required to contact you local post office to try locating the lost order. You will need to provide verification of contact.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship your order. You will need to make contact with your local Courier or Post Office to be reimbursed.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Returns Process 
To submit a returns claim please go here and contact us by submitting a claim. Enter your details as listed on your invoice. Please provide your customer order number and a photo of the item.

Claims for returns must be submitted within ten days after your item has been received.

You will receive a response and further information in regards to your returns claim within 48 hours. Please do not submit mulitple claims.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
